Delete your Laakso account

How to delete your account

1. Sign in with the Google account or the email address you use in the Laakso app.
2. Check what is deleted and what is kept, below.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account is deleted at once and can't be restored. That includes:

• Your profile, sign-in details and settings
• Your training plans, blocks, sessions, check-ins and weekly reviews
• Activities, health and recovery data imported from Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Oura and other connected devices, and the connections themselves
• Your fuel plans, products, fuel reviews and hydration tests
• Your race targets, race plans, predictions and race reviews
• Your coach conversations and what the coach remembers about you
• Connections to AI assistants and Telegram, and every phone signed in to your account

What is kept, and for how long

• Copies in our database backups, until those backups expire, within 30 days.
• Usage analytics events. They carry only a random identifier, never your name or email address, so once your account is deleted nothing links them to you.
• Emails you sent us, for up to 24 months after your last message.
